Dr. Nilesh Jain completed his M.B.B.S. from Thanjavur Medical College, Tamil Nadu (2001) and M.S. in General Surgery from MGM Medical College, Indore (2005). He then earned his M.Ch. in Neurosurgery from the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences, Trivandrum — one of the finest neurosurgical centres in the country, often described as the AIIMS of South India.
